I can’t say enough about Dr. DeGraziano, as he’s given me back my independence!

About two years ago, I had partial retina detachments in both eyes, three months apart. Twelve surgeries later, I had lost my independence due to limited vision. This loss of vision not only prevented me from working and driving but also inhibited me from partaking in my hobbies of building and flying radio control planes. I’ve been fortunate to have a bit of improvement over the past two years but especially missed the ability to drive.It was suggested that I see a low vision doctor. I called to make an appointment, and while speaking with Dr. Peter DeGraziano, he asked if binoculars work, and I told him that they work great, and so does a magnifying glass for reading. He said both are good news and that he could help me. A few short weeks later, I spent two hours in his office with him carefully measuring my vision for reading, watching TV, and long distance (driving). He designed glasses for me, and a few weeks later, I was back in for a fitting. I now have three pairs of glasses for all three distances and all I can say is, “WOW!”. These glasses take a bit to get used to, but I am now able to enjoy my hobbies again and will hopefully be driving again soon. I can’t say enough about Dr. DeGraziano, as he’s given me back my independence! Thank You!
